Longevity simply means a long life. Indeed, life expectancy has nearly doubled in the last century. However, much of our later years are spent in ill health. I’m interested in supporting your healthspan so that you can live with vitality.
The processes that lead to age related chronic diseases start decades before any signs or symptoms begin to surface. Inflammation, gut dysbiosis, cellular and mitochondrial dysfunction are amongst the biological mechanisms that underpin the aging process. Diet and lifestyle can be used as a tool to reduce inflammation, rebalance gut microbiome and optimise cellular function to slow the processes of aging.
Diet and lifestyle significantly impact the onset and progression of chronic diseases, disabilities, physical frailty and cognitive decline so common as we age.
